Hi, I'm Alison Griffiths-Brown, co-founder of Wellbeing-4-life, along with my husband Rew.
Although we both actively take part and teach our own weekly exercise classes NOW we haven't always been fit and healthy!
When we first met Rew and I decided that we needed to join a gym because at that time our belief was that all exercise was equal...

So we ended up joining this really pleasant health club; maybe you know the kind of place; lovely clean changing rooms, wide open lounge, steam rooms, jacuzzi - it even had a bar
Oh, yes, and of course, a gym!
So we'd go once or twice a week, sometimes even cycling there...
After getting changed we'd hit the tread-mills for 20 minutes or so before working around each of the pieces of equipment...
...wiping the previous persons sweat of it first before trying to remember how to use it...

In fact we found it really boring and mind numbing...

 Can I do all the workouts at home?

YES, you really can do them anywhere :) at home, at work, in the garden, or at the gym if you really wanted too :)

 Can I do the workouts as and when I want?

YES, you have access to the Membership Site 24/7 so workout when you like. You will even keep access to everything once the 6 weeks are over to use again and again.

 Do I need any equipment?

NO! Some of the exercises detail the use of a small hand-weight but you can substitute this for something like a tin of food or even simply just not use the weight - everything else just uses body weight.

 Do I need to do a full workout everyday?

NO! There are some daily exercises that take a few minutes to boost your metabolism each day, but otherwise the idea is that our 6 Week Workout is SMART so you only carry out the full workouts 3 times a week for just 30 minutes each.

 I have bad knees, can I still do this Challenge?

YES, you can work around any injury and simply swap out exercises you are unable to do with others from the library.

 I already have a gym membership, can I do these exercises there?

The idea is that our 6 week workout challenge can fit into any busy lifestyle. Ideally find 3 x 30 minute windows in your week (or just 1 or 2 is better than nothing). No time wasted travelling to and from the gym, just access the membership site and get going! 

 There are loads of workout videos and systems online, what makes yours different?

You are right, there are loads of expensive, monthly subscriptions you can join, but many offer far too much choice you never use and lots of wasted exercise that don't cover our 5 Secrets!  How will I know what to do?

We give you all the guidance you need both in our Exercise Secrets and 6 Week Home Workout Challenge; all you need to do to achieve your results is carry out the advice we give you.

 I'm not sure I will know how to do the exercises?

All the Challenges are clearly laid out and Rew demonstrates all the moves in short videos so you know exactly how to do each move correctly and safely.

 Is there a best time to workout?

You'll read so many different arguments about this. We believe that you have to do what works for you. If you can only workout in the morning, then do it. If your life only allows you to exercise before heading to bed, that's what you need to do. In reality, you're only going to stick with a time you have available and what works for you, so do that.

 Do you give advice on what to eat during the 6 weeks?

We do give nutrition advice with the 6 Week Home Workout Challenge, but if you want more specific personalised meal plans we can point you in the right direction for these as well.
